Our job does not end at renting a property. Our Lease & Tenant management team assures that the lease of the property is running smoothly and efficiently by making sure that the move-in inspection and cleaning is done on time, FEWA connection and municipality contract is done as soon as possible, reminders about renewal and other services are also offered to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
